Save Lives and Give Hope to Families

Help the Omid Cancer Center purchase a desperately needed MRI Unit.

The Omid Cancer Center, a non-profit facility in West Azerbaijan, Iran, has been serving patients for more than 36 years. Located in one of the country's most underserved regions for oncology care, the center treats approximately 70,000 patients annually and offers free treatment to low-income individuals, though it is currently facing significant funding challenges.

Since it opened its doors nearly four decades ago, the Omid Cancer Center has built a 100-bed hospital, a radiotherapy clinic, a chemotherapy unit, a 32-suite residence center, and a diagnostic lab equipped for radiology, CT scans, ultrasounds, and echocardiography. As the only non-profit cancer treatment facility in the region, it has been a tremendous resource—one that earned it Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), a recognition held by only a select group of NGOs worldwide.

However, there is one critical gap: Omid Hospital has no MRI machine.

For a cancer hospital, this is not a minor inconvenience; it is a life-or-death deficiency. To help bridge this gap, Luke 10 has teamed up with the Razi Health Foundation to raise funds for a new MRI machine. With your support, we can ensure the Omid Cancer Center acquires this life-saving equipment, which is essential for the early detection of tumors and directly improves patient survival rates.

Please contribute what you can today to help save lives and restore hope to families. Your generosity makes all the difference.
